Trill Sammy

This could be the year Internet sensation Trill Sammy has been waiting for. The Houston, Texas rapper blew up by dropping short freestyles on his Twitter page. Then his song “Trappin'” hit in 2015. Now, Trill Sammy has about 500,000 followers across his Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. He is also working on music with Fredo Santana.

Ramriddlz

This Toronto-based singer has started out the year with some power moves. His new “Venis” EP recently debuted and has received mostly positive reviews. It is a conceptual release that centers on a planet who’s energy is derived from estrogen. “When you listen to my music, it takes you to a different space,” Ramriddlz told The Fader. “Venis is the planet where all you do is dance and play with babes.”

Wiki

New York-based rapper Wiki continues grinding and dropping well-crafted albums over four years after his critically acclaimed EP “1993” was released. Wiki grew up well off on the upper West Side of Manhattan and started spitting rhymes in sixth grade. If you are wondering, his name is a take on “Wikipedia.” However, he draws lyrical inspiration from the likes of Cam’ron, Juvenile, and Buckshot.
