Floyd Mayweather could double up on his money, if Conor McGregor is the tough guy he claims to be.
So far, each stop on the just launched “Floyd Mayweather Vs Conor McGregor World Tour” has been memorable.
Last night was no different, when the two men hit the stage in Toronto to talk up their big fight on August 26, in Las Vegas.
There was the usual trash talk, while hip-hop star Drake surprised his hometown with a special appearance.
This time, Floyd made an offer to Conor McGregor, which he will surely refuse.
“If you believe in yourself like you say you believe in yourself, bet your whole fight check,” Mayweather said.
If Conor did do that it would probably be the dumbest move in sports business history.
Conor’s promotional company just received top billing next to Mayweather on the fight, he’s launching his own line of suits (supposedly) and he’s on pace to pull down millions of dollars for the fight.
That would mean Floyd, who will get a well over $100 million would make closer to $300 million, including pay-per-view sales, should Conor McGregor accept the challenge and lose his estimated $75 million.
