Hopefully this year, some of Hip-Hop music’s big mouthed critics will finally be able to sit down and shut the hell up.
Guys like Gene Simmons, Bill O’Reilly, and Geraldo Rivera, love to drag rap music through the mud at any chance they get.
“Hip-hop has done more damage to black and brown people than racism in the last 10 years,” Geraldo Rivera proclaimed on Fox News.

But hold up – the good old boys might want to take a look the mirror, and question their own mental health, instead of trying to turn whole genres of music against each other.
According to a new study released by addictions.com, hip-hop music is very tame compared to other genres, mainly Country music and Rock ‘n’ Roll.
The, study called “Drugs In Music – Analyzing Drug References In Musical Genres,” found that Country music references drug use more than any genre, followed by Jazz music and Pop.
“Out of eight categories, country leads the way with a 1.6 percent occurrence on average, followed closely by jazz and pop music. Hip-hop actually falls in last place at less than 1.3 percent behind folk, challenging the assumption that all rappers are lyrical drug peddlers.” – Drugs In Music – Analyzing Drug References In Musical Genres”
When comparing the actual facts below, the country boys and everyone else makes hip-hop and EDM practitioners look like church choir members.
